Configuration instructions of standard welding workstation for corrugated oil tank and bottom of tank

This equipment is mainly used for welding corrugated oil tanks and bottom tank . It mainly consists of one set welding robot, one set manipulator (fuel tank lifting positioner), an anti-collision welding torch, one set laser seam tracking system, one set ultra-low spatter gas shielded welder and one set control system.

Features: The welding quality is stable, the speed is fast, the welding seam is beautiful, and reduce the labor intensity . No need for skilled welders, personnel can be on duty after simple training. Greatly reduce factory production costs.

The positioner can flip and switch the welding station through the equipment, and  equipped with a laser welding seam tracking system to ensure the stability of the welding quality.
